A soothing herb, traditionally used for anxiety and nervous disorders. It is helpful for promoting sleep and works well for alleviating tension headaches. The phytochemical "nepetalactone", responsible for its effect on cats, also contributes to its sedative effect on humans. Catnip is also helpful for alleviating GI discomfort due to constipation and flatulence.
Take one full dropper in a little water as needed.
